      My wife and I contacted Steve after searching for someone who specializes in short sales. Steve interviewed us, inspected our home, and quickly got us started on preparing to do the short sale. It was a somewhat long and baffling process that I am not sure my wife and I would have navigated without the help we received from Steve and his staff. Steve was always available to us to answer questions and provide advice on how to deal with the cascade of contradictory letters and information we received from the bank that owned our mortgage.       Steve Capen is the best real estate agent we ever met! He is honest, experienced, professional and great to deal with, took all the stress and pressure out of selling our house.
