Stephon Carradine is the Broker and Owner of Century 21 Success, a residential real estate company serving Long Beach and the surrounding Southern California cities.

Mr. Carradine began his real estate career in 1993 as a sales associate. In 1995, Stephon became the manager of a large real estate company, and in 1996 purchased his first real estate company.

As the Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 Success, Stephon owns and operates a company that provides one-stop real estate, mortgage and property management services to a wide range of clients. Stephon entered the real estate industry after a career in corporate America. He held several corporate positions including three years as an executive recruiter, followed by a very successful career as a marketing representative for several technology companies, including IBM. Prior to entering the corporate world, Mr. Carradine served in the United States Marine Corps for seven years. Stephon is originally from Oakland, California and he currently lives in Long Beach, California. He is married with two children.
