recent solds in the last month within a 1 mile radius of your home, only compare houses that are similiar to the one you are looking to buy! Ask your agent to run comps for you, if you are not working with an agent I willl be glad to assist you in the aiken area!Also determine if it is a foreclosure or why the seller is selling this will tell you how motivated the seller is and the difference between 2,000 off and 15,000 off the price a good real estate agent will know this, thats what my specialty is , i love negotiating give me a call.Jason Robu864787694

How much return can we plan to see on a wooden privacy fence?

not to be neg, if it brings u privacy its well worth the emotional investment such as a pool, those are all for your emotional pleasure, privacy fences are very common and kind of one of those expected things, it really doesnt increase your value or decrease it,
