I worked professionally as a classical singer, pianist and composer since my college years through 2004. I then got interested in building and remodeling homes. I trained with a master builder/plumber and electrician for 2 years, learning every aspect of construction from foundation to finish. I continued my craft of building through 2009.My careers as musician and a home builder and found a natural fit in Real Estate. As an artist, I'm a people person. I love spending time and energy on others. I have extensive knowledge of construction and therefore can guide my buyers to either see the potential in a home or to walk away from a problematic house. Sellers benefit from my experience because I can help them determine where and why to spend money on upgrades and repairs to maximize their resale profit.I love being a part of the Heath Real Estate team. As a boutique firm, we are uniquely positioned to give special attention to our clients. it's truly a team effort. We put our collective high production experience together to get our clients the best results. Unlike other large companies, we don't compete against each other. The focus is always on all our clients.I grew up with technology. My first computer was the Apple IIe, with dot matrix printer, and green graphics. We've come a long way! I use the most robust modern online tactics to manage my buyers and sellers needs. With these tools my reach is national and global.Most of my high production in Real Estate is a result of referrals from current and past clients. I treat my clients like family because I see the relationship as long term...it is not just about the current transaction, it's about building relationships and future business.

When I'm not selling real estate full time, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, 6 and 3, and wife in our pool in the backyard, working on my home and gettting a little surfing in on occasion!
