Scott Adamson started his real estate career in the latter part of 1985. Having been a lifelong resident of the Boston area and a Sudbury native has given him a "hometown knowledge" to better serve customers and clients.
In September of 2002 DeWolfe New England agreed to merge with Hunneman Coldwell Banker. These companies combined now represent New England's largest real estate company, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. With Dewolfe Co., Scott had been a consistent top producer included in the "Top 25" sales associates. He had also been included for many years
in the "Chairman's Club", which is a select group of DeWolfe's highest achievers. More
recently Scott had been a consistent member of the premier "Exemplar Society". This was the highest professional designation within the company, and was held by only 52 people out of 2100 sales associates company wide!
With Coldwell Banker, Scott Adamson continues to excel and holds the prestigious "International Presidents Elite" award. In the year of 2004, Scott attained "Vice President "status within the company and was ranked in the top 4% of Realtors internationally.
Scott has been a "Top 50 " sales associate in 2010 & 2011! This achievement places him in the top 2 percent of all NRT sales associates nationwide.
A significant aspect of Scott's real estate career has included his expertise in new construction and land development. Scott has personally and successfully sold and marketed numerous subdivisions throughout the Metro-West area!
