Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Desert View, Phoenix, AZ.Summary:
We just happened to ask Carmen to help up find a condo in Scottsdale. It was a completely random selection. We were impressed from the get-go. She has a legal background so understands the ins and outs of the real estate business and has a good handle on the financing options. She also knows the area quite well. We were able to make our purchase remotely. She made sure that everything was done in a timely manner.

This is to say how pleased Hanna and I have been with Lisa Kemper's help in finding and buying our Scottsdale home. She was always cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped to make what is potentially a stressful event a pleasure, and we are grateful, especially for the nice little touches like checking the house after the recent rainstorm.
