And unlike a lot of lawyers I know, she always makes you feel welcome and is happy to help. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.55M in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
My wife and I were lucky enough to select Carmen to be our realtor in Scottsdale Arizona. We are from Kansas City and did not know the area or details of purchasing a home in AZ. Carmen led us with great expertise from the selection process through the purchase of a home in Troon North. She handled all the details of inspections, walk-through, appraisal, and selection of a great closing agent. She and her excellent team kept us informed on a daily basis through phone calls and e-mails. We were able to complete the transaction quickly and without ever flying to AZ except for the home selection. This saved us a great deal of money and expedited the purchase process. She and her closing agent even arranged for us to close in KC. Carmen oversaw many items along the way that we never thought a realtor would consider their job. Every few days we would say to ourselves that we can’t believe she took care of that and what a difference it made.
