Bought a home in 2011.
Debbie Franco, Did an excellent job in finding us a home. Through the process in buying a home, she explainined every step in the process where we understand what was taking place and what we would need to do. Her knowledge and negotiation skills helped get a home that we wanted and at the price that we could afford.

Debbie was very professional to work with and was responsive with every need that arose during the process. She was always checking in to ensure that the process was going smoothly.

When my client needed a lender that could close in 3 weeks or less, Sean with Mortgage First, was able to meet those needs. Everything was seamless. This was one of my easiest closings.

Found a tenant for a home.
My experience with Debbie has been very good. We have worked together to find tenants for rental homes. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure she can find the perfect house to suit the needs of the client. Also, when taking on the management of a new rental, she works very hard to see that the house is clean and up-to-date. When working with a buyer, Debbie "pulls out all the stops" to see that the right house is found.
I would recommend Debbie to anyone who is looking to buy, sell, or rent a home.

Debbie, you've been a great asset through this whole year. I don't know how I could have staged houses for owners aka. "Debbie's Design On a Dime", make all those cosmetic repairs that increase value & equity and just help buyers and prospective tenants find the perfect home. The Debbie Duo does it again and again.
