As a Fresno native, I have seen first-hand the many changes this once-small town of ours has gone through over the past few decades. I've seen vast stretches of farmland become large tracts of homes. I've seen some neighborhoods deteriorate and others improve. The Central Valley is a constantly-changing marketplace and it takes a keen eye, lots of research, and a never-ending interaction with people of all walks-of-life to keep up with it all.
As an investor, I have studied the various money-making techniques that successful investors like John T. Reed, John Schaub, and Bruce Norris have used to become wealthy and successful real estate entrepreneurs and practice them myself every day right here in Fresno. I'm constantly building my client's, and my own, real estate inventories with cash-flow and growth properties. With time, and a lot of perseverance, my goal is to make each-and-every one of them very wealthy and set with reliable and never-ending cash flow for life.
