Sold a home in 2012.
My Wife and I worked with Scott recently because we were displaced due to Hurricane Sandy. We told him what we wanted, what our price range was and he showed us everything we would have wanted to see. He has some great refferals to get the process moving quicker and has a vast knowledge of the area. Work with Scott if you want to find your house, he will find it for you!

Scott was a pleasure to deal...He showed allot of patience with us through the 3-4 years of looking for the perfect home. He never gave up and never turned us down to give up time to look at the many house we dragged him too...I would strongly recommend anyone out there looking for a house to call Scott. His loyalty and patience to the buyers is hard to find.

Bought a home in 2012.
Scott helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Massapequa, his knowledge of the area put us at ease and made it easier to find exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. He is extremely professional and answers every phone call, text and E-Mail right away. He gave us great advice and guided us through the whole process. I strongly recommend using Scott when purchasing a home.

Working with Scott Donnellan on the recent purchase of our first home was an absolute pleasure. He was always more than willing to work with our busy schedules, showing us houses in the evenings and on Sundays. Before entering each house Scott proved that he had done his homework as he provided us with important information about the property. When it came time to putting an offer on "the one," Scott provided realistic and helpful advice about the bargaining process. Fortunately when our offer was accepted Scott continued to serve as a mentor during the closing process, helping to keep our minds at ease. After using Mr. Donnellan's realtor services, I will never consider anyone else but him for any real estate transaction.
