Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Clinton Township, MI.
We had the pleasure of working with Grace when we put in an offer on a short sale home she had listed on the internet. On my first call to her, I felt she was on top of things and was willing to show me the home the very next morning. Short sale homes are very tricky, time consuming, and require a lot of patience, skill, and knowledge from a realtor. She navigated us through the process with ease. She constantly kept us updated and explained every step along the way, often going the extra mile and answering questions at all times of the day/evening.We felt complete confidence in her abilities, and couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Troy, MI.
I worked with only 2 agents prior to meeting Grace. In both instances the agents were really lazy and made us try and find places, do the research and drive by each then they would allow us to go visit. Grace was the exact opposite.
When we requested to view a home, she would have an additional 4 or 5 homes in the area and price range that she would prepare for us to visit. This not only helped us understand the "norm" in the area, but also helped us to get an good understanding of the area. She helped us find the deal.
Her name says is it all. Grace. She was gracious, helpful and a genuinely nice person.
