Sold a home in 2013.
Eric did a great job promoting and advertising the house we had been trying to sell for almost a year with a multi list realtor . When we finally got a buyer and there were concerns regarding the sale ,he never pushed us into a decision . He would make calls to clarify any concerns we had . I never felt that I was being rushed into a decision I wasn't happy with .The house belonged to my aunt that had passed away and there was a good bit of emotional attachement to the place . He was up front and honest about the whole process and made it as painless for us as possible .
I would recommend Eric to anyone selling property .

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Mckeesport, PA.
This was my fiance and I's first time buying a home. We were picky and we knew what we wanted. Eric was incredible, he was excellent, nice, helpful, very insightful, we took him all over the area looking at houses and it didnt even seem to bother him. We finaly find the home that we wanted to buy and it was a little troublesome with the owner of the home at the time but he kept every calm and relaxed and always knew exactly what to say. He was excellent, I would recommend him to anyone (which i already have). The best part was at the end of the day he made you feel like a friend and not someone just trying to recieve a paycheck. He was great!

I had the best services from Eric when i was buying my house he took care of everything like if it was him or a family member buying the house. I would recommend him to anyone that is buying a house. When buying a house you need someone that knows there stuff and is on your side and that is definitly how Eric is.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in North Versailles, PA.
I want to say Eric was TOP NOTCH! I was going through a hard time and he was so helpful and understanding. Always providing details of processes and the ways things operate when you rent a home. We had some troubles with the home, he provided his A Game for all the problems and fixed it in fast timing. THANK YOU! I would use Eric in Renting, Buying or Selling a home in the future for sure!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Wilmerding, PA.
We had a good experience with Eric and he guided us through the process of buying our first home. He was very patient with us when and confident about the process of home buying. We got a little nervous at the end when there was a delay in closing... but he stayed focus and walk us through to the end.

Eric assisted me and my husband in finding a home. He was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and assisted us in every aspect of finding a home. Helped us get qualified for a mortgage and really helped us to understand our credit rating and gave us suggestions to clear some matters up. I would refer Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His professionalism will speak for itself.

I hope this helps anyone who is considering doing business with Eric. From the start of the process to the very end, he was absolutely amazing. Anytime I had a question I would call and he would give me any information I needed. Through every little hiccup (mind you, none of them were his fault) he helped me climb over the hurdle and then went the extra mile countless times.
I am absolutely positive that if it wasn't for Eric and his hard work, we wouldn't be in the house that we are in right now. I hope that others will give him a chance to show what an excellent realtor he is.
