Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Aurora, OH.
Primary point of contact: Laura Cirigliano

I worked with both Seth Task and Laura Cirigliano from Berkshire Hathaway. They are very knowledgeable about the Cleveland/Akron area, including the area I was looking to move to (which I didn't know much about beforehand). There were bumps along the road as there is with any home purchase process but working with both of them smoothed the ride a lot. Bought a home in 2014.

I was very fortunate to work with Nellie Masturzo from the Task Team! She was patient with me during the entire process, even though my requirements completely changed, and in spite of the fact that her office completed a move.While my escrow was extra long and tedious, she remained in contact and exceptionally encouraging. On top of that, she negotiated such a good price that my new neighbors are playfully saying I "stole" the house. I love my new home so much I doubt I will move again, but I will definitely contact Nellie again in the future, and have her number handy for anyone I know who might need a recommendation!  More Less

Found a tenant for a home.

He rented my house. He told me he checked tenant's credit history and was good how ever I found out later, he lied everything about tenants. I have problem with payments after first month. These people could not effort this house to begin with. I would never recommend to any one to do business with this man. He care less for your house or your tenant but his commission. Typical sells person we should all stay away.  More Less
