Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Mayfield Heights, OH.
Seth Task is professional, poised,polite,prompt,and best of all very knowledgeable in the real estate field..He guided me through a very difficult sale in my life.Seth made the sale painless and pleasant. He handled the business!
He was confident, reliable and always made himself available to me. He was thorough in answering my questions and kept me aware of any and all concerns, open houses, final papers etc. He took me through the process from beginning to end, and always had my best interest in hand.
If I ever purchase a home or condo again, Seth is the man!
I highly recommend Seth to anyone needing help with real estate. He stood by me through it all, and it wasn't an easy sale..thank you Seth, you are a Task Master!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Cleveland Heights, OH.
Seth was very responsive and knowledgeable when showing us available properties. His expertise in evaluating the properties architecturally for possible future problems was invaluable and he carried out the process of negotiating for and buying the house with professionalism and expertise.
However, under no circumstances to I recommend continuing to deal with him after the house is bought. He promised to fill out tax paperwork which he didn't and because we trusted him to follow through on his word its going to cost us several thousand extra in taxes. He offered to help us renovate through several contractors he knows, and all of his recommendations turned out to be terribly unprofessional, unreliable workers who didn't finish the job (for example a bathroom remodel that looked like it was a DIY who didn't bother to even install the knobs and fixtures and clean up) and still wanted more than the quoted price after being close to two months late in getting the majority of the job done.
Overall, I trust Seth when he directly has a large sum of money at stake, but not otherwise

Sold a home in 2012.
I contacted Remax about selling my home in May 2011. He was able to tell me the process that I would go through - even asking me to do pre-work for things that would come up later in the sale. These things helped because when documents were needed, they were already completed and we went through the sale seamlessly.
He and his team always made sure I knew what was going on during the sale.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $275K in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Everything went so smooth on the purchase of our first home, because of Seth. He kept it fun, professional, and just all around enjoyable. He honestly and insightfully helped us choose a home that is perfect for our growing family. Seth really cares about his customers, and goes the extra mile to help, however he can. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend him and The Task Team to any/everyone who is looking for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Twinsburg, OH.
We recently found our dream home and Seth was very helpful throughout the process. I gave very specific criteria that were a must for our new home and Seth was dilegent to find our home at the right price. I was very pleased with the level of commitment the Task team brought to the table and I am confident that if I had a different agent I would still be looking for a home. Highly recommended!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Hudson, OH.
We sold and bought a new house through Seth Task a few years ago and were very impressed with every aspect of the process along the way. We called Seth recently because we are considering selling our current house and wanted to explore the market with him. As expected, we were again very impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge of the current market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425K in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Seth was great to work with! He was quick to return phone calls and emails and worked hard to sell our home for our listing price. He also was great at helping us find our dream home! He was above and beyond any of our expectations! We highly recommend him!
