Bought a home in 2010.
Sandra makes you feel comfortable and not pressured. She wants you to be happy and doesn't pressure you to put an offer on a property but instead let you take the time to make sure you are making the right decision. Even though she has several other clients she's dealing with, she's easy to get a hold of and gives you the attention you deserve. She will go out of her way to show a property to you and make sure when you get an offer accepted on a property, that things are done in a timely manner even if it's not part of her job description. Very friendly and easy-going. My sister and I are first time home buyers and we worked with her as our agent for over a year and we were very pleased with our experience with her. As first time buyers, she was very patient with us.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Chino Hills, CA.
I have had the good fortune of working with Sandra G. Murray sense the early 90's roughly around 1992 and from the start she has always shown a very welcoming business poster. No matter who or what the transaction needed she has always shown a warm and informative outlook in working in the various communities of the greater Los Angeles area. Her over all knowledge of Real Estate, financing, values, probate, etc. is so refreshing to have when working with borrowers and other Realtors.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Crenshaw, Los Angeles, CA.
Sandra was great in helping me purchase my first home. She listened to what I was looking for and used that to find me the perfect home. She did a great job communicating with me every step of the way throughout the whole process. When my friends are ready to buy I will definitely send them Sandra's way!

Sold a home in 2003.
I purchased a property where she was the listing agent. We signed . I forgot my copy of contract . She received multiple offers higher than the accepted offer . She honored our contract and offered me the opportunity to sell at a higher price. She could have sold it to someone else. I appreciate her honesty.

Bought a home in 2011.
I had the pleasure of having Sandra Green-Murray help me with my new property, which is my first ownership. The process was new for me, and Sandra help me with the difficulties that were a part of the process. My experience was enjoyable and eye-opening, and I would refer to anyone that is interested in buying their first home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Leimert Park, Los Angeles, CA.
We had very specific needs and were buying at the low end of the market. Sandra was very understanding and gave us helpful advice. Because of our particular needs we screened properties online and then asked Sandy to arrange a viewing. She was very dilligent. After a viewing she understood our reasons for rejecting a house. There was no room for negotiation with the seller, so we didn't observe her in that area. Because we are from a different state we wished she had taken more time to explain the process once our offer was accepted as it was different from our prior experiences in home buying. I would recommend her without reservation.

Ms. Sandra Green Murray was wonderful to work with she was always professional, knowledgeable about each property that she presented to us, and she walked us through the entire process with ease. Bought a home in 2011.
Sandra helped me purchase my condo in May of 2009 and is currently helping me to purchase my first single family home. I can't say enough about her knowledge and professionalism, but her best quality is her patience, as she allows you to take your time while making a decision. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Sandra's professionalism far surpassed any agent I've worked with. She is very knowledgable and informative about every property and it's surrounding area, she is service oriented not cookie cutter. Sandra has a calm that makes you feel secure in her handling of your business, that she makes you feel is as important to her as it is for you.
The experience was seamless and timely, Thank You Sandra and I will be intouch for my next purchase. I referred a friend and they have been very happy and moving through the process with ease!
