We rented a vacation condo in Scottsdale from Mr. Graden. He told us that the condo contained the basics. As we found out the basis included:
20 sheets of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towels, 4 coffee mugs (2 were chipped), 4 wine glasses that were too filthy to see through, enough dirt under the area rugs to plant a garden, so much hair on the bathroom carpets that we had to throw them outside, so many burned out lightbulbs that it felt like we were living in a cave........I could go on. We contacted Scott and it only took him 3 days to come to the unit to address some of these issues. He brought toilet paper, paper towels, some hand soap, and replaced one light bulb. Since he didn't have correct lightbulbs for the remaining burned out bulbs, he told us he would get them and return the next day. We never saw him again for the remainder of our stay (1 week total). #1 in Scottsdale? I think not.
Scott not only became a friend during this process, he also proved that their are amazing realtors out there. We just move to AZ on a last minute job transfer from Nebraska. Talk about culture shock! Scott found us a great home that wasn't even on the market. The market has been so competitive in Scottsdale lately, so he branched out and made hundreds of calls to agents, banks, and investors and found us a home that was going to be listed the following week. We were the first to see it, put an offer in on it, and sealed the deal! We were able to get over 5000 sq ft (larger than our home in Nebraska) for about $125/sq ft. I thought it was an amazing deal. It sold for $1.5M just 6 years ago. I can't say enough about Scott, speaking with him, he has worked for people like Donald Trump and it shows. He is extremely professional, courteous, and gets the job done quickly. We were impressed!
We just used Scott Graden as our real estate agent to buy our dream home! We were immediately impressed by his connections in the business as he was able to find us several homes that weren't on the MLS and no one had access to except us. I guess he works with alot of banks that have foreclosed and have not listed the property yet. He negotiated a deal on a home for us that was over $100k less than any home had sold for in our area. We were amazed! He also was able to set us up with the perfect contractor to renovate our kitchen and even designed the whole thing himself! He is very skilled, and just a nice guy. We will continue to be friends with him and refer him to everyone we know!
