Look up the address on your local property appraisers web site. The cost of the land should be listed as part of the total property value.
This could be a realtor problem. See who has your rental posted and ask them to remove it. Listing removals are not Zillows fault. Some agents that post properties on Zillow and other websites keep renewing them so they don't expire. I got a call from someone looking for a house that sold 2 years ago. It was not my listing but my name must have come up. I contacted Zillow and they cannot control agents that keep hitting the renew button. This is frustrating for agents and owners.
Best answer is to contact Zillow. Sometimes their information on specific locations are incorrect. When a property is listed the square footage is pulled from the public records. If your public records are right then it is Zillow's mistake.
If you are a Realtor, go to tools on the MLS and change it from A to CS or PS if it has not closed yet.. If you are not, contact your Realtor and have them do the same. Sometimes agents wait for someone in the office to do this and it may take time.
If you put it on Zillow, go to where you entered it and click on delete on the right hand side. If someone else put it on there, find the agent and ask them to delete it.
Having no information about a property is not good and won't help sell your house. Same with having no pictures. In most cases it's lazy agents that don't have any pictures and little information. Or the house is in really bad condition. If you have expensive artwork around the house you don't want people to see, either remove the pieces for pictures or don't take pictures of those rooms.Best bet is to remove all valuables because eventually people will want to see you home. Not everyone is honest and could be casing your home. You can request your agent to leave out certain information and pictures, but the more information and attractive pictures will sell your house quickly. Hope that helps.
Flo, the same way you put the on. Go to you postlets and delete on the left side.If you are talking about someones listing that is not yours, I spoke to zillow about this recently and they have no control of what agents post. Send the poster a reminder to remove the listing.Hope that helps.
I just complained to Zillow about the number of homes on the site that have long closed. I got a question on one from 2009! They said it is up to Realtors & Brokers to update the information. So check your listings and get them off when they have gone pending or sold.
Flat drywall is the best but you can use the decorative tile in baths or in one main room you want to accent. I would not put it throughout the whole condo.I had a condo where they put ornate crown molding throughout the condo. most people did not like it and the property did not sell.Hope that helps
If you are asking about someone needing to add that information to a posting, look up the agent who posted it and tell them to add the information. If you are asking about a estimate, that might be hard to do.
