Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Novato, CA.
Quite simply, we would not have our new home if we had not hired Shana. We have hired other realtors and there is no comparison. The seller of our property was very, very challenging in that he took great pride in his home, felt it was worth more than market value and was a very tough negotiator. Shana was equally as tenacious and kept working tirelessly with this seller to ensure we got the property....and may I say again, she worked tirelessly. Also, when seller and buyer did not agree, Shana somehow made it work to ensure the process was continued and the home became ours. Most importantly to my husband and me is that Shana demonstrated a real "human" aspect to the process. She genuinely cared for us and really wanted to see this home be ours.
