Shane helped us find a wonderful home for our family of 5! He stuck with us through multiple showings until we found the perfect home for our family. His expertise and knowledge in real estate is very impressive. Shane makes you feel like you are his only client. He is professional and well informed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent!

I would highly recommend Shane to prospective buyers and sellers. We listed our house with him and he did a great job keeping us informed concerning the status of the listing at all times. He is always quick to respond to emails or texts, usually within minutes. He made sure we were making informed decisions concerning the pricing and negotiations and we were very pleased with the outcome. Put Shane to work for you!

Shane has been a blessing to me in both selling and buying my home. he was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. There really is nothing bad to say. Anyone would be lucky to have Shane as there realtor.

Shane was a great realtor to work with! He's very responsive (replied to any e-mails/phone calls quickly) and thorough and knowledgable with the paperwork side of the business. Shane is a great listener and understood our concerns, and was able to successfully translate that in to the negotiation process. Through his actions and involvement, I feel he truly went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor, which made the experience much less stressful.

Shane is the best!! I cannot think of anyone better equipped to represent someone when buying/selling a house. He is an excellent communicator - always returning phone calls and/or emails promptly and in many cases, immediately. This is the hallmark of the way Shane does business. It is as if you are his one and only client! I have purchased homes before but he made an extremely difficult process move forward throughout.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Churchill Estates, San Antonio, TX.
Shane was an excellent agent. His responsiveness to us and to our lender was outstanding. Because we were moving from Chicago and could only spend a few days house hunting, we needed an agent that was organized and understood what we wanted. We didn't have the time to see properties that didn't match our criteria. Shane was up to the task and had everything planned out perfectly. Before our trip was even half done we had an offer in and accepted on a house.
We were afraid that doing much of the process remotely would be difficult but Shane guided us through the process effortlessly. Between phone calls, emails and text messages, we were always able to get in touch with him when we had questions.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Vance Jackson, San Antonio, TX.
I was very impressed with Shane during the rental process, and highly recommend his service for any real estate needs. He was easy to work with, extremely flexible, and kept us in the loop the entire time. I was also amazed by his patience and expertise as we searched high and low for a rental. Shane found us the perfect spot in conjuncture to our needs in an area we had yet to recognize as an option!
