Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2009 in Liberty Hill, TX.
We had a similar experience in trying to sell some prime acreage through this agency. We trusted that he was "the" local Realtor when we first talked to him, sold on the "walk-in business" line due to their location in the middle of Liberty Hill. But as soon as we contracted him, nothing. We received a slip of paper in the mail once a month for 6 months (the term of our contract) that was basically a print out of how many hits it got on a website. We never received any advice as to where we should go with price, what we could do to make the sale more attractive to buyers, etc., despite prodding on our end. He just sat on it, and we basically had to wait out the end of our contract while he did next to nothing to sell our land. Of course it didn't sell, resulting in a six-month delay in our plans. When we purchased our land, we had heard of a similar issue with him via a neighbor. Should have listened to our gut and gone with someone else.…More Less

Did not respond to my inquiry in White Stone, Cedar Park, TX 78613.
This Realtor never even responded to telephone calls, proposal offers, zero. Seemed quick to use offer in attempt to encourage internet bidding war though. In the end, with no response, no counter offer, zilch...we withdrew our cash purchase offer. With over 35 years of real estate purchases nationwide, never seen this type of non-responsiveness in an agent. I feel for his clients trying to make a sale.…More Less

I can assure you that we respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. We do not advertise any sort of offers that encourage any kind of bidding wars. And we certainly respond to every and all offers for properties we have listed or present offers for buyers we are working with. This review must be for another agent and was mistakenly posted on my profile. We have plenty of references and over 60% of our 125 closed deals last year were from repeat clients or referrals...speaks volume for our outstanding service.
