Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Ballston Spa, NY.
Just completed the sale of our third house and the purchase of our fourth. Shannon was our agent in both transactions and it was easily the best real estate experience we have ever had. Shannon exceeded every level of professionalism, consideration, expertise and coordination that we could imagine.
A true expert in both the field of real estate and her chosen market, Shannon listened very carefully to all of our needs, wants and fears (even the unspoken ones) and then proceeded to meet them, fulfill them or (in the case of fears) make them go away.
She stayed deeply involved in every aspect and detail of our transactions, always available by phone and always ready to be our advocate. A combination of three things make Shannon an amazing real estate agent in my opinion: 1) she is extremely smart and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process – she really understands real estate marketing!!! 2) she is very responsive - I never had to wait for longer than 10 hours for her to get back to me and 3) she is really passionate about her profession and truly loves what she does!
Shannon went above and beyond and exceeded all possible expectations that my wife and I had for a real estate agent! I certainly will be recommending her services to all my friends and family!! She works very hard and delivers great results - she sold our house in just 2 months in December 2010 and got us the price that we wanted!

Sold a home in 2009.
Shannon is young, friendly, and full of energy. She makes you feel like you are her only customer and you never have to wait for ANYTHING. Being a Saratogian she knows ALL about this area and the market. I consistently recommend her to friends who are buying and/or selling. You truly can't go wrong picking Shannon! She sold our house in 24 hours 2.5 years ago and some houses that were on the market at that same time are STILL for sale. We feel so lucky and appreciative to have sold and bought a house in this tough market and we owe it all to Shannon! Thanks again SMcC!!!

We were new to the area and Shannon did an excellent job listening to our wants and needs and helping us find a new home. She knows the area and worked tirelessly to find us the house that met our needs. She is very professional and respected by others in the real estate business.

Shannon's knowledge of the upstate NY real estate market is impressive. Shannon listed our home in Colonie and sold it in a few short months. Shannon took the utmost time with me. She showed me and my Girlfriend 60 plus homes. Shannon is by far the most dedicated Real estate person that I know. We tavelled all over the place looking at alot of homes. I highly would recommed her to take care of any real estate needs.

We worked with this agent in separate transactions in both buying and selling. Three transactions in all. Once you utilize this agent, you will always use her. She will make sure you have no reason to ever go anywhere else. You too will recommend her, wait and see.

Working with Sannon McCarthy was clearly our best experience when selling or buying one of our properties. She knows the market thoroughly and is very quick to provide information when needed. Shannon's rapport with professionals that are needed when making that final decision are remarkable. Her negotiation techniques are presented in a way that at the end of the day you are very satisfied. We would definitely work with Shannon again and recommend her to our family and friends.

Shannon was absolutely fantastic to work with. My husband and I were buying a second home to be closer to my parents (our main residence was some 3.5 hours away). We were not local, so I needed someone I could trust, who understood and respected our priorities, and who was willing to do a lot of leg work. She bent over backward to make sure we had what we needed, and helped expedite many of the processes. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and we are happy to recommend her.
