I don't think you'll be able to update the info through Zillow. You should call the tax appraiser's office. They have your property listed as a 3 bedroom. I have a feeling that's where Zillow is pulling the information.Feel free to contact me for more info.

As of today, the house is still available.

I'm not positive, but there's a good chance the larger home has a bonus room, or some other option that would increase the area.
