Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Valparaiso, IN.
We relocated here from out of state and Shawn was quick to respond to all of our questions about moving to Indiana. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and will use him again in the future if need be. We love our new home and are thankful to Shawn for helping us make the transition here smooth and pleasant. He helped us get our mortgage approval with Ryan at Diamond Mortgage and we were impressed all around with the way they got us into our new home so quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Shawn. He is a realtor you can trust!

Sold a home in 2012.
Shawn helped me sell my house within three months. I needed the house to be sold as quickly as possible to free up cash to buy another house in the town I was relocated to. There was also a complication of the seasons. Shawn exceeded my expectation by closing the deal right before Nov. He is the agent you can count on.

It was great experience working with Shawn, he is very quick responding to calls and answering all of our fears. He helped us buy a bank owned property and made the transaction very smooth. Overall Shawn made us feel very comfortable, never pushed us to make a quick decision. I would highly recommend Shawn and next purchase I would definitely contact him again .
