Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Canterbury, Mobile, AL.
Marcille both sold our home and was our buyer's agent for the current home we are in. She was so good in doing her job that we were able to close on both homes the same day. I would recommend her without reservation. We are going to have her sell another home and are signing with her this weekend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $450K in D'Iberville, Mobile, AL.
Shelia came to us highly recommended from a family friend and we now know why. She screened homes and neighborhoods for us and set us up with appointments. Now Mary and I know that a real estate agent does those things, but we found her to be patient and boundlessly energetic in this task. She stuck with us through such a large number of house viewings that I felt embarrassment for the level of participation on her part. Not Shelia. She persisted, found the comps, pursued the details and helped us avoid some possible "traps" of a marginal neighborhood or some details of the house that we might not otherwise have found.
She was always courteous, professional in demeanor and conduct and made us feel like we were of special interest to her.
She is a consummate professional and we have used her to pursued a business property since buying our home through her a year ago.

Sold a home in 2011.
