First Sheila helped my husband and me look for a house. There was never any place too far out, and she looked for the positive aspects we didn't notice. Also, she never hesitated to point out things that could be a possible problem in our future.

Because we had such a great experience with Sheila, when our daughter and her family moved back to the states, we recommended Sheila without hesitation. They found a home, and I was present during one negotiation because our kids had to take a quick trip out of the US. Sheila, always funny and gracious, was terrific at the table and simply would not yield on certain points. That house fell through because of well issues. She started all over with them, when I would have felt like crawling under the nearest bed.

Success!!! She walked them through the finance process, was a terrific negotiater, again, and encouraged them when they felt like throwing in the towel. They are now cozy and comfortable in their new home, in no small part because of Sheila's diligence, brains, and good humor.
