Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325k in Jacksonville, FL.Summary:
Last summer (2010) we were interested in some properties in Florida and found Sherry on the Zillow web site. She was very responsive and helped us find a home, secure a loan, negotiate on the house and close, all within 6 weeks. We were very pleased with her expertise and enthusiasm. Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
I happened upon Sherry Meyer by chance when one night about 10PM I was looking at properties on a website site and I requested some info - well within 10 minutes Sherry personally had replied back to me with what I requested plus other like listings. We went back and forth via email and one phone call at about midnight. I was so impressed with her responsiveness that I ditched the RE agent I had intended to use and gave Sherry the chance to help me buy my new residence. The house I selected had problems from the sellers side in closing and we spent 90 days in trying to close the sale - Sherry was always on the ball and pushing the other side to get us to closing. I have another house that I intend to sell in the future and I plan to do business with Sherry again.…More Less

About Sherry Meyer
Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
"Treating your needs as if they were my very own" Why Rent when it costs less to own? Why not reach for that Dream Home when it is available at prices never before?
Analysts say we're beginning to see a leveling out in the housing market. This means it's your opportunity to buy or invest in real estate. Have you dreamed of that 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with bonus room in the $200's? Well now look! So much availability in resale, foreclosures, and new construction! Have you dreamed of that riverfront home but everytime you looked it was out of reach because it was seven figures. Well now, look! Six figures for Riverfront! Yes!
...and, on top of all that, interest rates are low.
It's what I call the "Perfect Storm" for buyers. Don't let the opportunity of a lifetime pass you by!
I am CDPE Certified!
A Certified Distressed Property Expert is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today's market, specifically short sales.
The prospect of foreclosure can be financially and emotionally devastating, and often homeowners proceed without guidance of any kind. The best course of action for a homeowner in distress is to speak with a well-informed, licensed real estate professional. They have the tools needed to help homeowners find the best solution for their situation. Often, when other options have been exhausted, CDPEs can help homeowners avoid foreclosure through the efficient execution of a short sale.
While enduring financial difficulties is challenging for any family, the process of finding a qualified real estate professional should not be. Selecting an agent with the CDPE Designation ensures you are dealing with a professional trained to address your specific needs.
CDPEs don't merely assist in selling properties, they serve and help save their clients in need.
