Sherry has been our real estate agent for over 4 years now on both the buy and sell side and she has always exceeded expectations in every category. She understands our needs, she follows up, and she is an excellent communicator. Sherry is the best!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Scarsdale, NY.
Words cannot express how grateful my family is to Sherry for helping us find our home. My husband and I, and later on our baby, had lived in New York City up until recently. What started out as Manhattanites going for a look and see around the burbs became a serious house hunting endeavor. In the course of over two years and a half, Sherry patiently took us to see over 70 houses and educated us about the many neighborhoods in Westchester. It is because of her extensive knowledge, expert opinions and her diligence that we were able to make an informed choice in the home we bought. Sherry has all the best traits people look for in brokers and one cannot go wrong with her.

Sold a Cooperative home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Hastings On Hudson, NY.
Sherry is a tremendously good real estate agent. She listed and sold our apartment within 3 months into a very tough sellers market. Sherry brought in professional stagers to appropriately prepare our unit for listing and to be photographed. The professional photographer she uses is tremendously good. My wife and I are fully convinced that without Sherry's expertise our apartment would not have neither sold at the price we wanted nor sold very . Furthermore, she treated our little apartment with the same professionals as her multi-million dollar listing.
My personal experience leads me to suggest that you take Sherry's advice on all matters concerning selling your home: home improvements, decor, price, etc. I'm writing this about a year after the fact, so I've had the chance to see how other apartments similar and nearby to our old apartment have sold (they haven't!). I attribute our success to how Sherry handled our listing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $4.875M in Bronxville, NY.
I recently bought my 5th house so I've met my fair share of realtors. Sherry is by far and away the best I've ever worked with. She patiently looked with me for several months in an area I didn't end up buying in, and was very helpful with providing comparables, a detailed analysis of the neighborhoods pros and cons, and in finding houses that she knew I'd be interested in.
My wife and I bought our house with Sherry, and also picked up an investment property and sold our old house through her. Even though we've not been in the market for another property for awhile now, Sherry has remained very responsive whenever we've needed any information from her.
Overall she's been absolutely terrific and I can recommend her 100%.

Sherry is very knowledgeable about the in and outs of real estate. Any questions you may have, she answers rigth away and if she doesn't have the answer she will do research and get back to you. I would highly recommend Sherry to anyone selling or buying a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Port Chester, NY.
We were very impressed in our first meeting with Sherry, Her excellent marketing presentation of comprable properties in our area and how are property would be advertised was very comprhensive. Sherry listed our home after it had expired with another agent. She offered us room staging services on how to best show the house and held several open houses that no doubt was key to getting multiple showings. Throughout the process she kept us informed of the interest in our property through the internet and provided immediate feedback from showings that allowed us to react accordingly. Utilizing excellent marketing, staging and professional photography, Sherry sold our home in a short time period for an excellent price. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sold a home in 2011.
Sherry helped me to sell my mothers condominium at a time when there were many other similar ones available and the market was dropping. She knew just how to price and stage it. Other identical units, which had been on the market prior to my mothers, remained on the market. We got a good price and were very pleased.
She is lovely to work with, very active and keeps the seller very involved.

We worked with Sherry for over a year and a half. Every step of the way Sherry has provided us with excellent service. We knew next to nothing about buying a home in Westchester. Sherry helped explain the process thoroughly and always was patient in answering our questions. During the contract stage, she helped with little things as well as big things, demonstrating her complete dedication to her clients.
