She is President and co-owner of a privately held Custom Home Building and remodeling company, building primarily in the East and North Dallas area. The homes range in price from the $600,000 to $2,000,000 Price range.
She is an expert in Builder Trade Up which has allowed many clients to keep more equity in their existing home, while being assured they can close on the new home as soon as it is complete.
Shirley assists investor clients in rental and fixer upper homes. She and her husband are very active as Real Estate investors. Most of the properties are kept in their Rental portfolio.
She has taught many successful New Home salespeople the fine art of selling Builder homes to create a happy homeowner.
Shirley has taught Real Estate courses at El Centro College in Dallas. She has a deep dedication to winning for her clients.
