I plan to close in 5 days. The inspection of the house went well. However I still want to do one final inspection a day or few hours before closing. What happens if I find some major damage now? Will I get my earnest money back if I dont close?

This is good news. By Aug we should get numbers for May & June and hopefully that will confirm that we are bottoming out and done with major declines.
