 be charged a commission if your home sells during our listing
 agreement. Commission will be paid at the Act of Sale from
your proceeds. Therefore, I ONLY GET PAID IF YOU DO! 
You will not be charged any upfront fees or advertising expenses.
If your home doesn't sell during our listing agreement, you owe
NOTHING!
