Siu is simply the best real estate agent anyone can have. He has assisted me in finding apartments rentals since 2010 and I can only say that I completely recommend his expertise and his services to anyone moving to Boston (like I did) or just trying to relocate to a different part of the city. He's very respectful and has always given 110% whenever I was on the lookout for a new apartment or just having difficulty understanding various details of the renting process. On top of that he's always been completely honest about all aspects of rentals and has never tried to smooth talk or sugarcoat properties that were less than what I was looking for. In addition, I would like to say that not only Siu but also his colleagues have been completely professional and helpful. Genuinely, the best real estate agent I've met. He is honest, timely, professional, accountable, helpful, and NICE on top of that.
I never write reviews, and I really never do- but I will trust Siu Fu Lau with my apartment business any day! I've dealt with A LOT of realtors &landlords over the past few years, and I am way too familiar with the "Bad Vibe" feeling you get when you're dealing with a swindler or a smooth talker who will show you absolute CRAP and call it gold.
With Siu, what you request is what you will see- I can count on him to show me what I want to see for my pice range. Also, he is a man who will keep his deals- I've worked with him as a resident trying to put my place on the market- he has never knocked on my door without notice and asked me to "just show the place real quick." he is super pleasant to work with.
