Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Maplewood, Rochester, NY.
Steve has purchased some investment properties from me in the Rochester area.
He's helpful with sharing his knowledge and contacts, when asked.
He has always followed through with his commitments, even when some deals were problematic...i.e. taking longer than originally intended to close.
