In 2009, we were looking to purchase a home in the Oakdale/Knights Ferry, CA area. We found one on-line that sounded like our "Dream Home" and the agent's name showing the property was Sherry Kupper. We contacted her to see how soon we would be able to travel from the Bay Area to see the house and she set an appointment with us for the very next day! She was on time and waiting for us. The home was just what we have been looking for. As first-time home buyers we had quite a few questions and Sherry took the time to answer all of them. The home was a Short-Sale and she explained the in's and out's of a Short-Sale. From our first initial contact, clear through the actual purchase. It took about 4-1/2 months for the Short-Sale process and Sherry was right there with us the whole time. We have continued to have a good friendship with Sherry for the past two years. Recently, we had friends looking to relocate to CA - to the Oakdale area. So, of course, we took the opportunity to put them in touch with Sherry Kupper our friend and "personal" realtor. They also had a very pleasant relationship with Sherry, received excellent assistance and in a very short time, were quite successful in finding just the right home to meet their needs, in the price range they were looking for.
