Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
My Fiance and I had a great experience with Skye. He was recommended to us by a friend and it could not have been better. We were moving from Atlanta so we did not really know the neighborhood, but Skye provided us with plenty of information about the different neighborhoods in Philadelphia and was well informed on all of them.
Skye would quickly respond to all requests and although we were living in a completely different city he made the process stress free. We got the house we wanted under the asking price and the negotiation after inspection allowed for all the required repairs to be completed before we moved in.
I would recommend Skye to any of my friends looking to purchase a home.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, PA.
I began the search for my new home early in 2014. Skye and his team came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. I had already started work with another agent, but quickly realized that Skye's communication style, approachability, team orientation, and focus on my best interests was second to none. I switched and never looked back.
Skye and his team provided me with the education that I needed to navigate the process successfully. In contrast to the other experiences I had, working with Skye meant that there was an entire team helping me through the process. Skye and his team members were always friendly and incredibly responsive; they answered every question, concern and request I could come up with both swiftly and comprehensively. It honestly felt like the whole team was willing to go above and beyond to show me properties of interest (sometimes more than once), gather information about the ones I liked, and then walk me through the negotiation process when I found the place that was right for me. This was essential to a successful home search for someone like me -- who works long, odd hours in medicine -- and who was trying to find a great, affordable home in a tight market.
At the end of the day, I liked and trusted Skye and the rest of his team even more than when we began the journey -- after speaking with friends who have been through this process before, I know that's saying something.

I found Skye through multiple recommendations from friends and colleagues. From our initial meeting explaining the process, through viewing homes, and finally when closing on my house, Skye and this team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Thanks again!
Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA.
Skye Michiels is best in class. He helped us buy our first home, and two years later, sell the same property when my husband received a job offer out of state. His approach to the precarious process of buying and selling a home is thorough, straightforward, knowledgeable, assertive, and educational. It also doesn't hurt that he has a sense of humor, something we needed during moments of high stress! He believes in the power of honesty and has a work ethic I wish everyone applied to business dealings. If he says he will get something done, it is done. Once we had moved to Oregon, Skye took care of all the details with our home (which was still an active listing when we moved, and required numerous repairs, all of which he facilitated). He took ALL of the stress out of our relocation and our home went under contract within weeks of putting it on the market. He was available 100% of the time for questions and concerns. I wish that Skye was able to be an agent in our new city, because we'd use him without question in a heartbeat! His service (and that of his team) is unparalleled. We cannot recommend him more enthusiastically.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Newtown Square, PA.
Skye's experience and knowledge in the Real Estate market, his compassion for his clients, his ability to listen, his integrity, professionalism and trust worthiness helped us achieve what seemed like the impossible:selling our outdated home of 30+years in Delaware County and downsizing to a home in a 55+community in West Chester. Real Estate has definitely changed since we bought and sold so many years ago, but from the beginning to end of the entire process we felt confident that we were in capable hands with Skye and his supportive team, Eliza and Christina. They guided us through the entire process responding to out questions and concerns in a timely manner and helping us each step of the way. What was most helpful were their timelines so that we knew what to expect and thus were able to meet the deadlines for each house without any glitches. Skye works well with other Realtors and is passionate about putting the needs of his clients above selling houses. We highly recommend Skye and his Team With Heart.

Skye worked with me for over a year as I hunted for the perfect house. Over the course of our time together my enthusiasm for house hunting waxed and waned and Skye was always there to match my pace. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a home. In fact Skye was willing to point out draw backs of homes that I did not recognize in my enthusiasm. Skye knows Philadelphia's neighborhoods well; not just the current state but also the neighborhood's history and plans for the future. Inside the house itself, Skye was able to point out structural details that would impact the home owning experience in both old and new construction. Overall I felt encouraged and supported by Skye but never pressured and would recommend him to anyone looking to for a Philadelphia real estate agent.
Bought a home in 2014 in Center City East, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
I just bought a condo last month using Skye and his team. I have bought several houses in my life, but I have to say that Skye and provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. Skye has great knowledge of the Philly market, and helped guide me to the exact best solution for me. I was surprise how he took care of all the details, not just of the purchase paperwork, but the whole process. And Eliza, his assistant, boss, whatever; was simply amazing.
Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Fairmount-Spring Garden, Philadelphia, PA.
My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Skye. He has a tremendous knowledge of Philadelphia properties and was incredibly optimistic and responsive throughout the entire 6-mo process. We had a relatively narrow scope in terms of type of property and neighorhood and Skye was constantly reassuring that the right property would come around...and it did! We just closed on a home that surpassed our wish list. Skye (and team) secured a wonderful property and were excellent, reasonable, and stern with negotiations. We are thrilled!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Girard Estates, Philadelphia, PA.
We recently purchased our first home with Skye's help. Three days after our first sit down him (where he basically taught us everything we needed to know about how the buying process works) we were out and visiting homes. After a few walkthroughs we found ourselves asking, "what would Skye say about this place?"
Very professional, no hassle, the first thing we signed with him was the offer letter on the house we just purchased.
Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2014 in Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA.
It took weeks to get a phone call returned by Skye on several occasions. His marketing assistant, Christina, was careless and made several frustrating mistakes. This includes forgetting to put a for sale sign up at the house for 1.5 weeks, coming back to me multiple times to re-answer simple questions (rather than just being organized and taking care of things), and leaving items strewn around my house rather than putting them away after photos were taken -- the day of a showing. It was clear on several occasions also that Skye and Christina did not communicate with each other -- is this normal for a small team? I think that Skye has taken on more than he and his staff can handle, and the clients suffer for it.
