We worked with Skye several years ago on the purchase of our first home. Sky was was hands down the most patient and friendly agent that we ever worked with. It took us over 24 showings to find the right home and somehow Skye remained patient and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. He's a true professional.

It was a pleasure to work with Skye during the purchase of my home. His knowledge of the Philadelphia housing market is excellent. Skye was able to expand my "search" zone to areas of the city that I he thought would cater to what I was looking for in a home. Skye helped my purchase my first house. Coming into this, I knew little to nothing about the buying process and everything it entailed. Skye took the time to explain, in detail, literally everything and was more than happy to answer my questions; he is extremely patient! He gave me great recommendations for a mortgage company, an insurance company, and a contractor, and they were all great! I couldn't be happier with all of them. While looking prospective properties, Skye was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and explained how each property met my needs not only now, but down the road in life as well. He was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my texts and emails. He made buying a first home easy and enjoyable.

This was the first time my husband and I were going through the process of purchasing a home, so we were not familiar with everything it entailed. Skye was the BEST!!! He was very patient and worked with us every step of the way. Skye goes above and beyond. Great communication, walks you through each step of the process, explains everything in detail and makes you feel comfortable. No pressure, but follows up to make sure you are happy. He showed us many houses over the 2 years we were looking and was always patient. More than anything, he has integrity in spades. Nothing is more important than trust, and he earned ours for sure. A true gentleman and a professional to boot. We will use him again when we list and when we buy!
