I started looking for my first home completely new to the process with only the barest understanding of what I was looking for. Stacy helped me every step of the way. With great patience, a wealth of experience, and a wonderful attitude, she transformed the entire process. The complex became simple,
the confusing became clear, and the stressful became par for the course. In the end, what should have been a daunting undertaking instead seemed both easy and fun.
While all of this was made to appear effortless, it surely was not. It didn’t matter when I called, she always answered or called me back promptly. It didn’t matter if I didn’t know exactly what kind of home I wanted, or in what price range, or in what neighborhood, she simply showed me a variety of homes and neighborhoods while she got a better sense of what I liked. And when I did eventually find the perfect home and wanted to sign an offer, it didn’t matter that I wouldn’t return to Santa Cruz until that evening, because she was happy to meet me at 8:30 at night to sign the papers if that was the time that was best for me. From stacks of paperwork to coordinating inspections, wherever I looked and should have seen work, instead I saw a seemingly effortless competence and an easy smile. All of this was presented as normal, as no trouble at all, but that’s not true. It’s exceptional.
I could not be more pleased with Stacy. I would recommend her to anyone and without hesitation. She helped me to find my dream home with a professionalism that was a dream in itself.
