Yes, because a cash buyer without having to be at the mercy of the lender will help the transaction closed faster, But if you are thinking about expecting a huge discount then take into consideration about the market and the seller's financial situation. Every seller is different and not all transactions are the same. Have a buyer's agent help you without any cost to you.Good luck.

Can I find out what my house was worth on 6/30/2014 according to Zillow?

Did anyone live or buy a new home from company KHovananian in Rosiville CA?

The builder Khovananian is ok not bad, they have been in the building industry for a long time. I think it is better to have a realtor go with you so they can help you and look over the contract for you. Depending on the builder, some require that the realtor accompanies you on your first visit to the new home. The realtor (not the one of the model homes) gets paid by the builder so it is free for you and they will look out for your benefit.

In order to change the "Zestimate" you need to claim the home, If you are the owner, go to the address of the home and move your cursor down past the Description and you will see "Zestimates" information and graph. You will see "Owner Tools" and right next "Post your own estimate". Click on the link and follow the direction. You will need to identify that you are the owner of the property and the technical team will help you. If you are the listing agent of the property, go the address and move down below the pictures to find the tab "more" click and select "Claim the listing".  Follow the instructions, it's very simple.
