Bought a home in 2011.
"Buster Levin is the consummate professional Real Estate agent. I moved to South Tampa after living overseas for 8 years and he kept me fully informed on available properties prior to my arrival. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Bayshore Beautiful, Tampa, FL.
During the course of 13 moves over a 19 year military career, we have dealt with a lot of Realtors and know real estate very well, but Buster Levin has been the best Realtor I have dealt with, bar none. He was very attentive to our requirements and desires, was thoroughly prepared for our visit, and showed us an incredible number of houses on a very tight timeline. He knows the market inside and out, and most importantly, truly represents his buyers. If you have ever purchased a house and weren’t sure if your Realtor had your best interests in mind, work with Buster and see the difference that a superb buyer’s agent can make. He excels at negotiations and helps sellers see the true value of their property. If you are interested in purchasing a house in Tampa, don’t make a multi-thousand dollar mistake. You need someone who knows the area, will represent you and your interests, and ensure that your closing is on track and on time.
