Looks like the Zestimate is $292,000 (see here), but that's just a starting point.     On that home's page, click on a "get a free professional estimate" next to the Zestimate and you'll be connected with a real estate agent who can help.

    Hi Bonnie,Unfortunately the way we show schools on our listings pages is based purely on proximity. However you can change the school associated with a home. If you need help figuring out how, please comment again here and I'll come help...

   Here is a video on comps.Select "recently sold" on the map view and then when you're looking at them as a list you can see the dates of the sales.
