Ha!This is a pet peeve of mine. I hate how they pronounce it in those ads. NAR people (including their TV spokespeople) always say "real-a-tour." But normal people just say "realtur". The tv ads make me laugh when i see how they pronounce it.
Hi valgal124,Thank you for your opinion. As you might guess, I disagree. I think that Zillow provides valuable information to buyers, sellers, owners and agents. Our Zestimates aren't 100% accurate, and we readily admit this. But I strongly feel that the real estate industry is better off with Zillow than without.Home values are declining. Don't shoot the messenger.
Hi everyone. As too often happens, the conversation here has devolved into mudslinging and personal attacks. Please don't post altered photos of other community members. Please don't personally insult others. It's OK to insult their ideas and opinions, but not to insult them. It's a subtle but important difference. Please keep your conversation on topic and keep it focused on the question posed by the original thread -- is now a good time to buy a home or not?Thank you.
Phyllis,What a strange story. Sounds like that other agent should be run out of town. Can you report him to the MLS or his broker for discipline? Or is it not worth alienating another agent? Just curious.
Hi jmforce, the links on our listings pages where it says "see listing website" are put there by the listing agent or the broker. They go to whatever site the agent wants it to go to.It sounds like in this instance, you should tell your listing agent to fix the link to make sure it goes to the right placeyou should also make sure that your agent puts all of the photos onto zillowWe don't get a listing feed from Windermere directly, so the agent needs to do it manuallyany other questions from you or your agent, please post another comment here and i'll come back to helpgood luck!
taking my info. off Zillow.com
