I have owned and operated Land Holding Companies. Land Development Companies and Asset Property Management Companies since 1978.
I have negotiated Real Estate Property Sales, independantly during these years.
Currently my business activity is Management of a 30 acre 43 1/3 acre space Manufactured Housing Community and a 20 acre subdivision development, all situated in the City of Port Townsend, County of Jefferson, State of Washington.
I am a resident of the City of Bothell, County of King, State of Washington.
I am interested in networking with individuals who are in the fields of my business ventures. And would like to consider a business partner in Land Development.
