About four years ago I gave Steve Shafer the listing on my home in Altadena, Ca. I had known Steve through my neighbors. I knew that he had an excellent understanding of my area and was a very trustworthy individual and would listen to my wants and desirers. He put in a lot of time and effort and was responsive in every way. He also had many wonderful suggestions on how to prepare my property for showing. He is a very charming person and that was a great advantage when it came to dealing with potential buyers and their agents. When it came down to the ins and outs of the process he helped me fully understand just what was in all that paperwork and how best to go about filling in the details. I needed someone who was patient with me and my questions and again I found that person in Steve. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about his suggested asking price, thinking that it was too high but he knew what he was doing and definitely helped me get more for my home then I ever thought I would. Sold a home in 2011.
Steve Shafer was the listing agent on my short sale. He was very helpful and though I was unsure and somewhat scared everything Steve promised was delivered. I was very impressed and relieved with the successful outcome of my short sale, I would definately recommend Steve and already have!! Im so thankful he did such a great job. I am now stress free:)
