Steve is an excellent, truly helpful agent who has helped me buy more than one home in this area. His knowledge of architecture and design are extremely useful in evaluating homes, and his awareness for what a client is looking for helps making finding the perfect home considerably easier.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $800K in Redmond, WA.
One thing I've always loved about Steve is that he listens. When we bought our Redmond home seven years ago, we gave him our criteria and he focused on finding homes that filled our needs. Indeed, we were able to find the right house in a weekend--and that was only possible because of his ability to comprehend what we wanted and then find the properties that met our needs. When it came time to sell that home, the first call we made was to Steve. He guided us in preparing our house for sale; he told us what we could expect (and was spot-on); he regularly gave us statistical information that updated us on what was happening in the market. We always felt like we had a clear and honest picture of where we stood relative to other homes that were for sale. Through it all, he was incredibly professional, candid, upbeat and responsive to our questions and concerns. When you think about it, how many people can you trust to be a true and honest partner in making such an important transaction? Steve is one such partner. We feel very lucky to have had him by our side.

Steve is a seasoned professional who understands the real estate industry very well. Unlike other real estate agents, he does his job more with actions than words, and produce more than expected results quickly, while always having customer's needs in mind as the highest priority throughout the home purchasing process. I do not hesitate recommending Steve to anybody who is interested in buying/selling houses.

Steve is an extremely helpful professional. He is very responsive and low-pressure in every sense, He watches out for clients' best interests and can be completely trusted. When we had a problem with the selling agent (after the sale), Steve stepped in to communicate with the owner, even though it wasn't his job. He is very kind and very fair. We highly recommend him!

IF YOU WANT TO BE SATISFIED WITH ALL ASPECTS IN THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NEXT HOME.
Then I would like to recommend Steve Honnen for your next home…this man is GREAT.. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable but with his Architectural degree and knowledge he comes to the table with an insight that most realtors do not… I personally enjoyed his personal desire to make us feel, we were the Important client and his devotion to showing us anything we wanted but at the same time steering us towards the direction we needed to go…His persistence’s and staying neutral as the personalities in the clients clashed and as we dragged him thru unit after unit…was most impressive and then he would be willing to go out again and again until we made a choice, was truly a god send for us.. Once we did make a choice he was very professional on negotiating for us and getting all the paper work in order and sent with completion dates acceptable and reasonable…Plus follow through, making sure all T’s and I’s were crossed and completed by both parties..
So if you are in the market for a new home or town home… and you want someone to help you find exactly what you want with a professional eye and knowledge to show you how to get there…This is your man…I would recommend Steve Honnen to anyone, man or woman looking from $10,000,000.00 to $150,000.00…He is that good…!

Bought a home in 2011.
Steve was invaluable in helping my husband and I nagivate the complex path to purchasing our first home. He has immense knowledge of the area and the home-buying process. Most impressive was his honesty, an essential trait in angent, as we absolutely knew we could rely on his thoughts and opinions. He listened closely and respectfully to our needs, big or small. Even after the sale had been finalized, Steve let us know he was willing to help out with any issues we ran into, and he followed through on that offer. I highly recommend Steve for his honesty, knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. We will definitely be working with him again when the time comes to sell!

Sold a home in 2011.
We are repeat customers of Steve Honnen. We moved to the area 15 years ago and have bought and sold one home and an investment property and bought our current home - all 5 transactions positively handled by Steve. Initially, not knowing the area, he listened carefully and impartially, asked clarifying questions to narrow in on exactly what we needed. His extensive knowledge ranging from architecture to neighborhoods was invaluable. Steve responded immediately to any communication, gave workable options and effective recommendations. We especially admire his attention to every detail in the sale negotiations and contracts. Steve is professional, responsive, detail oriented, effective without any pushy-ness and never wasted our time. It has been a pleasure to do business with Steve. We highly recommend his work!

As the real estate profession has become more challenging, Steve's experience has enalbed him to weather this current recession and he is constantly praised by clients. We chose to take our house off the market because we have the luxury of waiting to sell.
