Letter Of Recommendation for Steve Harless - 5/14/2012 My Wife and I wanted to say a few things on behalf of Steve Harless our realtor who represented us in the purchase of our new home. One of the things that we really liked about Steve which separated him form other realtors was his responsiveness and attention to detail. He always made it a point to call us and let us know the latest developments. He always fielded our communications (text or Phone) to answer any questions we had no matter what he was doing. As a result we always had access to Steve which helped to reduce the level of anxiety in dealing with finding our perfect home. The other outstanding quality about Steve, is that he genuinely cares about his clients. He made my wife and I feel like we were number one on his list even though we knew he was representing other clients. And finally the last important attribute about Steve is that he understood what kind of home we were looking for, so that we did nt waste time looking at properties that we werent interested in making efficient use of our time. Finally, Steve went above and beyond in helping us find a suitable lender and worked with the lender and worked with the title company and the lender to make sure everything was on schedule. Again this was pain free, hassle free all account of Steve's committment to making sure we were taken care of. Where there was snags, Steve made it a point to get them resolved and keep things going according to plan. We were very fortunate to find Steve Harless and we are eternally grateful for all of Steve's work hard work and diligence in getting us a place that we can now call "Home". We will definately recommend Steve to all of our friends knowing that he will give them the same pain free, hassle free real estate experience.
