    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Evergreen, San Jose, CA.
    We were looking to buy a house and met Steve through a friend. He was great from beginning to end. Steve is extremely professional and detail. He helped us find a home that met our needs and walked us through the loan process, which was very excruciating. He even showed up when we signed the escrow papers. Our previous agent did not do that. Steve is committed in make sure everything goes smoothly. He is always available to answer questions and help in any way.     Steve is a very knowledgeable person regarding the Real-estate market. He is detailed , thorough and very clear in his communications. He explains every detail step and is in the journey throughout the buying process. THe best thing about him is , he always lays down the option and the consequences and allows the client to take their own decision giving sufficient time .     I moved to the Bay Area in 1980 right after finishing graduate school on the East Coast. My family and I live in San Jose and our two children both attend Santa Clara University. I started my real estate career in 1989 with Century 21 back in the days of the "gold jacket". I joined Six Sigma Realty because it gives me the opportunity to do both real estate and mortgages.

    Practicing real estate today demands the flexibility to adapt
    to a constantly changing market, and while doing "business as usual" seems to be a thing of the past, putting my customer first remains the same.
