Since starting my real estate career in 1989 with Century 21, back in the days of the "gold jacket", I have witnessed several real estate cycles. Today's market, more than ever, demands a new set of tools. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in Newark, CA.

Our family spent 4 month with Steve looking for our first house. He is very knowlegable and always had answers to all of our questions in details. Besides that he is highly intelligent and nice person with very good sence of humor. We changed our priorities and search criterias thousand times and he always stayed calm, polite, patient and positive. He worked overtime and on weekends. And at last when we've found the house, Steve made everything that depended on him to make all transactions pass quickly and smoothly. When we became happy owners of our house, we found ourselves in a bunch of questions what to do with all of this. Steve still was with us and helped to make decisions. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $700K in Santa Teresa, San Jose, CA.

As a first time buyer, I definitely needed someone who could guide us for the property we were looking into. This is where Steve came in. Today after buying the house, I cannot believe my stroke of luck coming across him. He really has been helpful, from the stage one. He did guide us stating all the pros and cons, and took time for us to understand why one property can be better than other. But in no way he rushed us to make any decisions unless we were absolutely sure.

He sure knows what the seller or the seller agent would want when selling the property. One of the criteria for the seller was quick closing which Steve properly identified. with the combination of a correct offer price and the quick closing the seller agreed on our offer.

He does have a lot of ideas about home improvement too. I am sure I will be acting on quite a few suggestion as soon as I am settled. He still helps me with any questions about remodeling/home improvement.

Apart from buying and selling of houses, he sure does know a lot of people who can fix various stuff at house. I have utilized few contacts that he did provide me and I am happy with the work they have done.

I will highly recommend Steve If you are buying a house. And I am pretty much sure he would to great while selling a house. As a fact, he did know what the selling side thought.
