I first met Chris and Gerry when we needed an upstanding realtor to sell my dad's house after he passed. Their efficiency, professionalism, and ability to work with us made the process pleasant and successful. Recently, I had my own home to sell, unfortunately as a "short-sale" due to circumstances. I called Chris, who was very willing to accept the challenge. The process is more involved, but Chris helped us every step of the way, even when we had glitches. She remained positive and helped me remain positive to see it through to the end. I bought my very first house from Chris, with Gerry starting the process, almost 5 1/2 years ago. Once I could verbalize what I wanted, having never honestly thought about what I wanted in a house, Chris found me the perfect little cottage size house in a safe, "talk over the fence" neighborhod with a huge, secure fenced back yard. If you want to sell your home using real estate agents that are honest, professional, personable, and know what steps need to be taken to assure the sale is completed, look no further than Chris and Jerry Stewart. Since I listed my home on the For Sale by Owner web site I was representing myself as the selling agent.
