Sue is a very conscientious individual , best qualities include a great listener , professional manner, easy to talk to , very determined to please customers and a genuine nice person to know. In real estate she is the tops . I would have no reservation in recommending here to meet the needs of Clint's in Western New York.

Sue was very professional and personable! Loved working with her, she was so responsive to our needs. She really looked out for us and was so flexible and accessible and really easy to work with!! Sue really explained everything and looked out for our best interest. I would recommend Sue without a doubt.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Niagara Falls, NY.
Sue Moss was my agent when I purchased my first home about a year and a half ago. Throughout the whole process she was more than helpful and overall was amazing to work with! We looked at MANY houses before we found “the one.” She was very flexible and always worked around my crazy schedule to set up appointments to see the different houses. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the real estate business in general. I felt she was truly looking out for me and was on my side. As a first time home buyer, I was clueless about the entire process. Sue guided me through everything and was always very prompt at getting back to me. I would definitely recommend her!!

Bought a home in 2007.
Sue showed us our very first home and walked us through the buying process. With Sue's hard work, dedication, and wonderful demeanor, we were able to purchase our home quick and seamlessly. We were so pleased with our experience with Sue we recommended her to my sister when she was looking for a home. My sister bought her first house working with Sue as well- another happy client!
I would highly recomment Sue to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
