Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Short Hills, NJ.

We listed our house with Sue Adler and sold it the first weekend. Sue's team took over as soon as we decided to list. There were experts who coordinated each phase- photographs, blueprint, listing and inspection. Dawn is the inspection expert and was our lifeline during this process. She is extremely knowledgeable and manages everything from negotiating, recommending contractors and scheduling town inspections. This is a critical stage during the house selling process and you want someone like her by your side. I would highly recommend Sue and her team- they are well respected and highly knowledgeable.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Caldwell, NJ.
Primary point of contact: Vicky Szwedski

My husband and I worked with Vicky Szwedski to purchase a home in Caldwell. (My sister had worked with Vicky several years ago in Montclair, so I knew her style and contacted her first when we decided to search for our own home.) Vicky was extremely patient with us, working with us for about a year to find our home, not just a "house". She was very encouraging throughout the process and in the end was optimistic that the home we found was worth the wait. She took note of our must-haves and kept these in check as we looked at plenty of houses in Morris County and Essex County. She never pushed us to look at homes that didn't meet the old-style charm we were looking for, even though these homes are quite rare. She was always accommodating in meeting us to look at houses. She promptly responds to e-mails and texts. Vicky has a very unique way of stepping to the side and helping you evaluate a home for its pros and cons; this is such an asset for inexperienced homebuyers. We really felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process and didn't push us to buy a house we didn't love. She really strives to make the house hunting process fun. When it came to negotiating on the home we purchased, Vicky's dedication to us and our best interests as buyers was evident. Vicky is top notch!!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.75M in Morristown, NJ.

When Sue Adler says that hers is a "team" effort, that's the real truth, and one of the major strengths of selecting her as your agent. Her husband, Peter Jacoby, took what are by far the best photographs of our former home, a rather unique Mid-Century Modern ranch in Mendham, NJ. It's an unusual 10,000+ square foot space, and Peter captured the expansive Great Room and its architectural details, the oversize Master Bedroom, and all the other rooms and 7 acres of grounds with a skill and creativity that brought in more interested visitors that any previous realtor. They were also open to using our own photographs of the house in different seasons and times of day which, especially for the outside pool, offered a more comprehensive look at the property. Then, with a sale pending, Dawn Preziosi - handling closing logistics - was always responsive, returning calls within hours if not answering immediately, and offering advice to address all the many items that need addressing when a home has wells, a septic system and the Twp has lots of permitting and CO requirements. On all that, Dawn was excellent, and Kaitlin in Sue's main office kept things moving forward. Sue herself suggested staging our basement, which we'd been using as a home office, and making it feel more livable. That also worked, but - of course - her professional advice as to setting the right price at the right time of year was critical. Lastly we feel her team's special expertise at servicing the "MidTown Direct" communities of Short Hills, Summit, etc., brought in a larger and broader set of potential Buyers than any previous realtor. For all those reasons, we're happy to recommend the Adler Team, and hope your experiences are as happy and successful as ours.  More Less
