    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Short Hills, NJ.
    We highly, highly recommend Sue Adler and her amazing team for any house sale or purchase! From start to finish on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream house, Sue was attentive and completly dedicated to our needs and our family. Not only does Sue truly have a great handle on pricing v value, customer likes v dislikes, but she and her team are available 24/7 and are staunch advocate's of their client's position, which is exactly what we required on the purchase leg of our two transactions.

    We needed to sell our house very quickly in a relatively slow period in the 2013 housing cycle in order to purchase a house we had long sought. Sue's strategy was to price the house aggressively to sell, in the hope we received many bids. Strategy worked out perfectly and she sold the house for much more than the asking price in only 4 days!

    The second transaction, namely our house purchase was hugely complicated - the house is very old (consequently it has many issues) and the sellers realtor was not altogether transparent. Dawn Preziosi has an excellent eye and identified many problems with the house which would have gone un-noticed. Dawn was extremely thorough in making sure all work that needed to get done by the seller in a tight time frame, was performed satisfactorily.

    Without the tireless efforts of Dawn and Sue, we are truly confident that we would still be looking for a home to live in today. Their support has been like no other and we are so grateful to them for all that they did for us.
