Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Elgin, IL.
Sue Hedlund was very creative and instrumental in assisting us to find our home when the market was so very difficult. She not only captured our personal tastes but also was able to find rather quickly several listings to pick from and all within our price range! We found our home within a couple weeks and were able to close so very quickly before our apartment least ran out, which was the following 2 weeks! Sue is a terrific agent and so easy to work with. We plan on hiring her again when the time is right.
