After we went and saw the houses, we picked the ones that we liked and he submitted the bids. It doesn't end there though. We were comfortable with our picks and were pretty sure that we had the house. However, just as he suspected, we can't rest until the keys are in our hands. He insisted that we continue to look for more houses until we get the keys. Sure enough, the houses that we picked didn't follow through and we were almost left with no roof on our heads. He continued with his objective and we got the house just in time that our old house's time had expired.
