Suma did a fantastic job of selling our house.Very strategic and communicative. Took care of repairs required and reduced unecessary cost. Has good knowledge of local market. We are happy with the overall experience of selling the house.

Showed home in 2012 in San Francisco, CA.
We were in the market as a first time buyer with very little experience in what to look for and how to search. Suma understood our requirements and she showed us many many homes. She is almost immediate in responsiveness, is patient and very friendly. She didn't try to push me into buying a home and in fact, she even stopped me from quoting higher one time.

Suma was outstanding in the services she provided and exemplary in the way she dealt with a situation that I had recently run into. Suma not only provided a great amount of relevant information that helped in decision-making, but also constantly kept in touch to update on anything that she thought would be useful to me as a customer. When it came to actually making the deal, Suma exhibited the highest level of professionalism, but without losing the humanity touch to the proceedings. This was very helpful when we eventually decided to back-off from the deal, and Suma proved that her customer's interests are ahead in priorities than her own potential income. Thanks Suma for being such an honest realtor, and more importantly, a reliable friend!!

Bought a home in 2011.
We would highly recommend Suma. This was our first home buying experience and we are glad we went with her. She was very responsive, quick, she was always on top of things, we didn't have to worry about anything. She guided us, provided support all the way throughout the process. Bought a Condo home in 2009 in Ponderosa, Sunnyvale, CA.
Suma Sridhar is a very energetic and dynamic individual who carries around great warmth and compassion. We were fortunate to get to know her through a non-profit community organization about half a decade ago. She is brilliant as a real estate agent and is the best knowing the nooks with property buying in bay-area. Being a thorough professional she approached to all our queries and concerns with a friendly dialog which helped us make the right decision with regard to price and location when buying our first property. She hand held us through innumerable property searches; property visitation; offer process; home-inspection all the way until escrow closure.

Sold a home in 2010.
Suma Sridhar is a very trustworthy, sincere and hard working person. She is always on time. Having a Masters degree in Business accounting, experience and skills set in real estate field helps her to be the best. Suma has a very pleasing and very positive personality. One of her best asset is in communication with all the parties including with the client. I had to cancel two other agents, before I got convinced with Suma to sell my home in a very tough real estate market especially for sellers. I was very happy of her services and at any time I can recommend her services to any body. Her Local Knowledge, Process Expertise, Responsiveness and negotiation skills were exemplary and excellent.

Took a lot of initiative to understand our requirements.Kept a constant watch for houses that matched and only showed us ones that truly matched.
Was there for us at times we requested. Showed us the houses multiple times without complaints. Advised us regarding the right price to quote for the house. Gave us encouragement when we missed some houses.
Was able to answer all questions regarding the house, the process and get specific questions answered from the selling agent/owner.
Always had a pleasing smile and was very frank. We were able to vent out our frustrations.
The agent was lucky for us because we had spent nearly a year and half with the previous agent and just after 3 months with this agent we were able to buy the house we wanted.

Suma has great knowledge on bay area neighborhoods and schools which makes our search lot easier. Excellent negotiation skills. Prompt and detailed communication. One of the very few realtors who are honest, upfront, passionate about their profession and always works in best interest of her clients.
Even now we bother her for everything right from a handyman, plumber to gardener and she extends her help happily.
Glad to have her as our realtor and as a friend.
