We dealt with Susan Krug while searching several properties. What kept us from using her services further was that no matter who asked Ms Krug a question, responses were only directed to my husband. It was as though Ms Krug assessed which of us she thought made the sole decision to purchase and directed her "time" to that person. After leaving Ms Krug, it was actually my husband who felt that he did not want to deal with anyone who gave so little respect to his wife.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Yucaipa, CA.Summary:
Susan actually contacted me late in the evening to let me know this property was going on the market the next morning and that we should certainly take a look. We took her advice and submitted our offer the next morning. The week of closing there was an item the VA would not allow me to pay. Susan, the listing agent and my mortgage representative paid the item from their proceeds.
